Although the Club does not appoint agents, the List of Correspondents includes the names of companies in all major ports of the world who are available to assist masters, owners and the Club in dealing with any claims or problems with which the Club might be concerned.
Thomas Miller P&I provide a 24hr service worldwide. In London, staff are available in their offices on weekdays from 08.00 to 18.30 hours and can be contacted outside office hours every day of the year. Response to a major casualty
Contingency plans have been made to enable a swift response to a major casualty. If such an event occurs outside normal office hours, you should utilise the contact procedures detailed above which apply not only to the claims syndicates in the UK, Americas and Hong Kong, but also to the Specialists Team.
