The Club's correspondents are available to assist masters, owners and the Club itself in dealing with any claims or problems with which the Club might be concerned. The Club's correspondent network is managed by Charles Elmer. All queries or comments on the operation of the Club's correspondent network should be addressed to Charles or Karen Holdsworth.

 Charles Elmer (CJE)
Charles joined Thomas Miller in 1988, having spent eight years working as an average adjuster and a further five in the insurance department of a major Greek shipowner. During his time at Millers he has handled claims for London Greek Members and more recently he gained extensive experience of the Club's South-East Asian membership. Charles is Correspondents' Manager.
