The breadth of the Club’s activities for Members brings it into contact with a diverse range of experts and information resources. The Club endeavours to capture as much of this information as possible and build a body of intelligence and experience to guide future response to Member claims and other issues. Much of this experience informs the loss prevention activities of the Club, but a great deal of its acquired knowledge affects broader issues such as the law, environmental issues, commercial and insurance practice.
The Club Encyclopaedia is divided into six main areas – Business & Finance; Cargo & Stowage; Insurance; Law; The World and Transport.
The Environmental Encylopaedia is a specialist database which manages the Club’s knowledge of purely environmental issues in a similar format to the main Miller Encyclopaedia.
Access to these Encyclopaedias is available to registered Members via the Members Area of this website.
